Nell Brown has been hand weaving on traditional looms for more years than she cares to admit. Nell formed Pontardawe Stoles to answer a growing demand for her unique stoles.

The very distinctive glittery fancy yarn, developed after many years of experience in using wools, creates a beautiful and unique "twinkle" effect. Using mohair meant that a method of loose weaving had to be developed, so specialist looms were produced to a design by Pontardawe Stoles. The results, as you can see, are stunning.
